After saving the W9 to your desktop, sign the form and email to: join@CURB.estate  To sign the form you can either print it out and manually and sign it, or send it to yourself via DocuSign or Digital Ink 

with your digital signature.

* We will not be able to complete your registration until we receive your W9. After we receive your W9 we will send you a welcome email notifying you that your CURB membership is complete !
